CardToDeal Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using cardtodeal.com you accept these CardToDeal terms of service. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. The service is operated by Quiamo Digital Market Services LLP, registered in India at Padmavati Hills, Pune, Maharashtra 411009.

2. Free use and daily limits

CardToDeal is free for personal and business use, subject to a default limit of five scans per day per device. We may adjust this limit to prevent abuse, ensure fair access for all users, or protect service availability. We do not charge for the basic scanner and have no plans to introduce a paid tier on cardtodeal.com.

3. Data accuracy disclaimer

CardToDeal does not guarantee the accuracy of extracted card data. The extraction pipeline reads images and produces structured fields based on what it identifies in the image. Errors occur — particularly with low-resolution images, decorative typography, unusual layouts, and physically damaged cards. You must verify every extracted field before relying on it for business, legal, financial or contact purposes. Quiamo accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate extraction. If you route scans into a CRM, review them in the card-to-CRM workflow before acting on them.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use CardToDeal to:

• Scan non-consenting contacts — cards belonging to people who have not consented to having their data captured, where such consent is required by your local law.
• Build bulk-marketing lists — a contact database for unsolicited bulk marketing in violation of applicable spam laws.
• Abuse the service — reverse-engineer, scrape, automate, or otherwise abuse the service beyond ordinary individual use.
• Pursue illegal ends — use scanned data for surveillance, harassment, or illegal purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend access for any device or IP that violates these terms.

5. Intellectual property

The CardToDeal name, logo, design system and underlying software are the property of Quiamo Digital Market Services LLP. The content you scan — the cards themselves — remain the property of the person whose card it is, or whoever else has IP rights to that card design.

6. Service availability

We aim for 99% monthly uptime but make no formal SLA on the free scanner. The service is provided "as is" without warranty. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where practical. For business-critical card capture, consider VynDeal CRM, which carries a formal availability commitment.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quiamo's total liability arising out of or related to your use of CardToDeal shall not exceed USD 12 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is lower (the former applies, since CardToDeal is free).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Pune, Maharashtra. EU users retain their rights to seek resolution in the courts of their member state where required by GDPR.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the homepage. Continued use after a change implies acceptance. See also our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
