Executive summary
This case study documents the export-pipeline build-out of an Indian sensor manufacturer expanding into seven European and North American markets between 2024 and 2026. The global manufacturing CRM workflow ran multi-language card scanning in eight languages — English, German, Norwegian, Dutch, French, Italian and Spanish — with language auto-detected at scan time. Total cards scanned at international exhibitions (Hannover Messe, Sensors Expo, Advanced Engineering UK): 1,420 across 14 shows. Attributable export revenue traced to scanned cards in 18 months: roughly $1.4 million. The international card scanner removed the data-entry bottleneck that had previously made multi-country pipeline visibility operationally impossible.

Methodology and observations
The export team ran VynDeal with a multi-country pipeline configuration: separate currency handling per market, separate quote templates per country (German, English, Norwegian) and unified attribution back to the source exhibition. Card scans worked offline at booth-time, under international roaming and WiFi-spotty floor conditions, with sync at end of day. The global card-reader workflow was operationally identical to the domestic Indian one — only language detection, currency conversion and tax-jurisdiction handling required market-specific configuration. The same discipline underpins our manufacturing and sensor pipeline studies.
"One organisation, seven markets, eight languages. The scan was the only thing that worked the same everywhere." — Field note, Quiamo export desk
